Civitas provided design and construction phase services for the replacement of approximately 5+ miles of asbestos-cement waterline in Pearland, Texas. The project included the design of a new, upsized 6-8-inch PVC waterline and replacement of all fire hydrants along the alignment. Civitas ensured that this new waterline would provide clean drinking water to residents for years to come without interfering with existing underground utilities in the area.
